Use the Contact Us form when you need to ask about a public app page, search result, download route, policy, subscription, or review. For a review correction or removal request, include enough non-sensitive information to identify your own submission. Submitting a message does not guarantee a particular response time or outcome.
Response Expectations
A correction can be considered when the message clearly identifies the affected page and the information that appears wrong. A request may be rejected if it contains spam, malicious code, threats, impersonation, or another person’s private information. A public change may require additional review before it appears on the website.
Review And FAQ Submission Privacy
The form should not be used to send passwords, OTPs, bank credentials, wallet recovery phrases, or complete identity documents. Necessary cookies and form tokens may be used to protect submissions from abuse. Submit only the minimum information needed to explain the issue.
